Social Security Representation

Dr. David San Filippo will assist you with applying for Social Security disability benefits. He will assist you to complete all of the paperwork required by the Social Security administration, file all the required forms, and represent you before the Social Security Administration.

The normal claim process when filing a Social Security disability claim is:

1. Initial Claim: You apply for benefits by completing the required paperwork and/or having a telephonic interview with a representative of the Social Security Administration. Dr. San Filippo will explain the initial paperwork to you and review your completed application prior to its submission. He will also assist you in getting appropriate documentation for your claim.

2. Reconsideration: Many initial claims for Social Security disability are denied. Dr. San Filippo will apply for a reconsideration of your claim and attempt to obtain additional documentation to support your disability claim.

3. Hearing: If your claim is not accepted at the Reconsideration step of the disability claim process, Dr. San Filippo will submit a request for a hearing and will represent you before the Administrative Law Judge during your hearing for disability benefits.

4. Appeal: In the cases where your disability claim is not awarded, Dr. San Filippo will apply for an appeal of the Administrative Law Judge's opinion and attempt to obtain additional documentation to support your disability claim. He will submit the written appeal brief to the court of appeals.

If we are not successful in obtaining you benefits, there is be no fee for our services.
